Per our conversation, I have done an inital search for income properties in the area and found a few options. Included in the list is the old Girl Scout camp we discussed. These 3 properties are displayed directly below- in Hartwick, Milford and Maryland.

Additionally, I did an initial search for a small property for you two to stay in near your Canadarago rental. I found 2 possibilities-one that is currently on the market at $99k (the last listing directly below), and one that just recently expired at $59,900 (featured in the column below at right under ‘Supplemental Listings’). If you’re interested in the expired, I can contact the agent or owner and see if we can arrange a showing.
