Hello Cristina & Michael—This is your dedicated page on my team’s website. I will post properties that I feel meet the criteria Cristina laid out for me when we spoke. To ensure we are all on the same page, I have outlined the criteria below this intro paragraph. And of course, if you want to update or alter the criteria at any time, just let me know. If any posted property below is a definite ‘no’ let me know and I will remove it from the list. Otherwise, this page will be here throughout our search to reference and discuss potential homes. Any home I post that is listed on our MLS will appear below. Any property I post not on our MLS, will be displayed in the right hand column under supplemental listings.

Search Criteria:
3 BR, 2 BA, w/ minimum about 5 acre, with view, around 3 hrs from NYC,300 max (including closing costs), prefer contemporary but would be open to older, could possibly do some work/updates
